Reports Suggest That Missing Wyoming Woman’s Case May Be a Homicide
Ana Carrillo has been missing for more than a week, and now authorities in Wyoming are calling her case a possible homicide and/or kidnapping.
WZZM-13 reports that in a sworn affidavit to a district court judge, Wyoming police say that Lyle Hudson (Carillo's ex-husband's father) lied while being questioned by a prosecuting attorney. Hudson was arraigned on Monday, and faces a possible life prison sentence for lying to police.
On this date, at approximately 1320 hours, in the 62-A District Court, Lyle perjured himself by lying in a possible homicide investigation.
Police say that Hudson lied about a trail cam, a storage device, and his contact with his son, Andrew Hudson, on the day that Carillo disappeared.
Andrew Hudson has also been arrested and charged with a misdemeanor charge of lying to police.
Both Hudsons are being held on $50,000 bail, and are set to appear back in court later this month.
Police ask that if you know where Carrillo is or if you have heard from her to please contact the Wyoming Department of Public Safety at 616-530-7300 or Silent Observer at 616-774-2345.
