U.S. Rep. Joe Garcia is caught on camera on C-Span2 doing the unthinkable.

During a hearing concerning government surveillance programs, Congressman Garcia, a Democrat from Florida, must get overly bored as he begins to pick his ear.

You can see him off to the right of the camera, as he continues to pick his ear and disgustingly PUTS HIS HAND IN HIS MOUTH RIGHT AFTER.

That's right. He, basically, eating his ear wax.
