Kent County Sheriff’s Office Searching For Bank Robbery Suspect
The Kent County Sheriff's Office is working to find the person who is suspected of robbing the Independent Bank in Sand Lake on Monday.
According to a post on social media, the person entered the bank around 12 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2024, and demanded money.

They did not specify whether or not the suspect was armed at the time of the robbery.
Police did say, however, that they do not believe that the suspect poses a threat to the community. They say that there will be increased police presence in the area while they continue to investigate and search for the suspect.
