Two ‘Shark Tank’ Stars Are Coming to Grand Rapids This September

Fans of Shark Tank are in for a treat this fall (well, almost fall) when two of the stars of the show come to Grand Rapids to kick off an annual event for tech-lovers.

Tech Week Grand Rapids announced today that Daymond John and Robert Herjavec from Shark Tank will co-headline the kick-off event for Tech Week. The event will be held Monday, September 14, 2026, at GLC Live at 20 Monroe.

Registration is currently open, and the public can register to attend even if they aren't planning to participate in other Tech Week events.

John and Herjavec will host what organizers are calling a "fireside chat" during the kick-off event.

Daymond John is one of the original cast members of Shark Tank and is also the founder of clothing brand FUBU. He's been one of the "sharks" for all 18 seasons of the show.

Robert Herjavec is the executive producer and lead shark on Shark Tank. He has been a part of the show for the past 16 seasons. He's known as one of the top cybersecurity experts in the world.
