Steve Carell Will NOT Appear In ‘Office’ Finale

Bummer Major. A few weeks ago we reported that things were still up in the air about whether or not Steve Carell's character 'Michael Scott' would make an appearance in the finale of 'The Office'. Well, now we know.

He won't be. So, sad!! It seems just about everyone but Carell wanted him to be a part of the show. Some of the cast were even willing to switch around their schedules to make accommodations for Carell but no dice. Carell said in an interview with Access Hollywood that he liked the way his character left and that he would not be making an appearance on the finale.

Though, we all know Carell loves to surprise...so, there's still hope we guess.
