Police in Mason County are warning parents of a giant party that could take place near Ludington this weekend. A facebook page for "One Last Lit Night" event shows that 10,000 people have been invited, with over 700 planning to attend.

A Mason County Circuit Court judge has ruled prosecutors can pursue open murder charges against Sean Phillips, WZZM-13 reported. Baby Kate Phillips of Ludington has been missing for a week and her father, Sean, is the prime suspect for her disappearance. Saturday, authorities found the clothing the four-month old was last seen wearing at Sean's house.  He is not cooperating with police.
