A new study conducted by the Daily Mail concluded that the average person only gets about 7 hours of sleep a night. Which is just not enough!!

The average person goes to be around 11:15 and gets up at 5:50 which is a whopping 6 hours and 35 minutes. We all know this is not enough to function, and yet we do it anyway.

Almost half of us (40%) get even less than that averaging anywhere from 4-6 hours of sleep an evening.

Only a lucky 25% of us get more than 7 hours of sleep a night. LUCKY!!!

Us radio people can never get that much! LOL!
