There are obviously TONS of cute couples around West Michigan considering we got 200 entries for a chance to be given the title. However, that special honor could only go to one and after a week of voting... the results are in!

Jay and Lara Heyboer!

Here's their story...

Jay and I met when we were 19. We were both seeing other people at the time. He joined the army shortly after, but we remained in contact. We became good friends over the years and after a couple of failed relationships, we realized that we had feelings for each other. We dated for 7 months before getting engaged and due to a deployment popping up, we were married 7 months later.

Congrats to the cute couple! In addition to bragging rights they also are getting a dinner for two at The Bistro at the Courtyard by Marriott in Downtown Grand Rapids.
