TV Mom Michelle Duggar Miscarries in 2nd Trimester

People.com is reporting that Michelle Duggar, the mom on "19 Kids And Counting" has miscarried. The Duggars announced five weeks ago that they were expecting baby number 20, and were "so excited."

At a routine checkup today, to learn the sex of their baby, their doctor was unable to find a heartbeat and told the couple they had miscarried in the second trimester.

Michelle told People,

After the appointment, we came back home and told the children. We had just been talking about baby names last night and they were getting excited about naming a boy or a girl. It has been a real sad disappointment.

The Duggars are planning to give the baby a name once they know if it was a boy or a girl, and then give it a funeral.
