The Grandville Police Department is asking for the public's help after an unusual home invasion took place on July 6.

What made this incident unusual? The suspect got away with a stack of $2 bills and a roll of $1 coins.

The Grandville PD said in a release that they were called to a home on 36th St. SW around 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, 2025.

When they arrived, the homeowner described the man who they say broke into their home and stole the cash.

The suspect is described as a white man who was wearing all black. Police say that he has blue eyes. Unfortunately, those are the only details we have on the suspect.

Thankfully, no one was injured in the home invasion, and the Grandville Police Department is working under the belief that the invasion was targeted.
