West Michigan Grocery Chain Offering Discounted Groceries to Veterans for Veteran’s Day
Veterans and active service members have sacrificed a lot to serve our country, and one local grocery store chain is giving back and honoring them with special pricing for three days in November.

SpartanNash (operators of stores like Family Fare, Forest Hills Foods, and D&W) has announced that it will be offering an 11% discount to all veterans and active-duty service members in recognition of Veterans Day.

SpartanNash said it is doing this because
As a leading distributor of grocery products to military commissaries and exchanges, SpartanNash is committed to honoring and supporting our military community, including our own Veteran Associates
The discount will be available from Sunday, November 9, 2025, through Tuesday, November 11, 2025. And veterans and service members won't have to seek out specific stores. In a release, SpartanNash stated that the discount will be available at all SpartanNash-operated stores in Michigan (and other states).
In order to receive the discount, veterans and active service members will just need to show a valid military ID.
