Recently, Bravo fans got even more excited when the network posted a social media clip of a woman from Detroit making a heartfelt plea for a Real Housewives of Detroit. It sparked a flurry of comments from fans eager to see the Motor City represented in the franchise.

Inspired by her suggestion, I couldn’t help but imagine who might make the perfect cast for a Real Housewives of Detroit. After all, Detroit has the drama, the grit, and the glamour to rival any city in the franchise—and I think I’ve found the ultimate lineup.

Rosangel Cabrera

Wife of former Detroit Tiger, Miguel Cabrera, she's seen her fair share of the public drama when her husband was exposed for having two kids outside of their marriage with another woman. She stood by her man, meaning- she can take the heat anyone throws her way.

Jill Washburn

Jill, a former FOX 2 Detroit meteorologist and entrepreneur, is well-known in Detroit media circles. Her mix of wit, intelligence, and public presence would make her a compelling cast member. Plus, she's shifted to a "jill of all trades" theme online, so I'm sure she'd be able to fix things as they went sideways.

Christen Harper

Christen Harper is more than just the wife of Detroit Lions star quarterback Jared Goff—she’s a powerhouse in her own right. As a successful model and entrepreneur, Christen knows how to command attention both on and off the field. With her flawless style and down-to-earth personality, she’s the perfect mix of glam and grit, making her a standout in the Motor City’s elite circles.

I could give you a million reasons for this pick, but if you've driven more than 2 miles around Detroit you know who this icon is, and I need not explain further.

Kam Carman
