Voice of Ash Ketchum Says Grand Rapids Man Has Best Ash Costume of All

Grand Rapids area geeks gathered over the weekend at the Grand Rapids Comic Con. Hordes of people who love everything anime, comic, and sci-fi gathered inside DeVos Hall to celebrate everything they love, with some of their celebrities that they worship.

And one of the coolest celebrities that made their way to West Michigan over the weekend was Sarah Natochenny, which may not be a household name to you, but you may know her voice if you're a millennial or younger. She plays Ash Ketchum, world champion Pokemon trainer from the Pokemon TV series.

She's known for sharing her favorite Ash costumes when she sees them on her social media account

She runs up to him frantically from across the hall, until she comes up on him and says "HEY"

That's when she reveals that he is in fact, an Ash KETCHUP, which is an internet meme version of the name of Ash Ketchum.

And the best part part is what happens next: this glorious gentlemen shows off his mustard bottle Pikachu, which is the perfect companion to his Ash costume.

My only disappointment here? Why didn't this man give us a great mustard themed Pokemon pun?! (I don't have one, I'm just making demands over here.)

And honestly? This guys costume is one of the best I've seen at a comic con in the past. And yes- we now know who he is thanks to the comments.
