We had huge waves on Lake Michigan just a couple of weeks ago, including a 21-foot wave just west of Holland.  The waves could get even bigger on the Great Lakes this weekend.

All of the Great Lakes are expected to get waves over 10 feet now through Saturday.  Lake Superior's waves could be much, much bigger.

Mlive.com has details on Saturday's big waves:

Between Grand Haven to Holland, nearshore wave heights are forecast at 9 to 13 feet tonight through Saturday, decreasing to 7 to 11 feet Saturday night.

On Lake Superior, Saturday's storm could push waves to near record heights. Some rollers could hit 25 feet, and a few could even climb to 37 feet. Peak wave heights should hit about 11 a.m. Saturday.

It's Michigan's busiest surfing day of the year.
