What’s In A Name?

Well, apparently there's enough in some names to try and patent them!

Ringo Starr (real name Richard Starkey) has officially petitioned to have his nickname "Ringo" trademarked! The application says that it is being trademarked for use in "toys, plush toys, stuffed toys and board games".

I have a lot of nicknames... Should I start patenting them now?!?
