As a kicker to the story about texting 911, this is no joke, the first text to 911 for one county in Pennsylvania came from someone who was driving.

Of course! Why wouldn't it? We all know it's dangerous to text and drive, but Pennsylvania has the same law as Michigan - it's illegal to text and drive.

Said a county spokesperson:

"This is one that probably should have been better served by a phone call."
