It’s been 16 years since the last Wings Over Muskegon took place, but the wait will soon be over.
Today during a press conference at the Muskegon County Airport we learned about the return of Wings Over Muskegon.
Wings Over Muskegon To Return In 2023
Kevin Walsh, President and CEO of Yankee Air Museum said:
“We’re going to bring the entire flying collection over here, a lot of the Muskegon community and surrounding communities have been just itching to be back here at this airfield.”
What Will Different About Wings Over Muskegon?
According to MLive, The new Wings Over Muskegon event is designed to provide a much different experience for visitors and won’t be featuring the U.S. Navy’s famous Blue Angels.
Can You Fly In Planes At Wings Over Muskegon?
Wings Over Muskegon will give the community an opportunity to fly on Yankee Air Museum’s B17, B25, and C47 warbird aircraft and the Huey Helicopter. Ticket prices range from $25-$50.

The air show will run from Thursday, July 6th - Sunday, July 9th.
