Woman In Florida Illegally Rides Manatee [Video]

Riding (or doing pretty much anything to) a manatee is considered illegal in the state of Florida. Penalties for doing so can be anywhere from a ticket all the way to jail time. Well a few days ago a woman was spotted riding one drunkenly. People were shouting to her to get off the animal but in her inebriated state she didn't exactly listen. Eventually she got off the manatee and left the scene. However, the woman turned herself in later on. No word yet if and how she'll be charged.
