With everything that is going on in the world...do you ever feel the desire to just scream?

Do you remember the song "Shout" by Tears for Fears?

Members of the band were followers of American psychologist Arthur Janov's school of Primal Scream Therapy. The song was inspired by his therapy treatment, which was based on getting people to confront their fears by shouting and screaming. The name of the group, Tears for Fears, came from Janov's book "Prisoners Of Pain".

Some celebrities that used Primal Therapy included John Lennon and his wife Yoko Ono. Actor James Earl Jones also claimed primal therapy cured him from smoking and hemorrhoids. Apple's founder Steve Jobs practiced primal therapy for a brief time. Actress Dyan Cannon built a "special scream room" in her house after her therapy experience.

Now you can "Shout, Shout, Let it all Out" just like in the Tears for Fears song. When you scream locally, it could be heard in Iceland -- almost 3,000 miles away!

How loud of a scream does that have to be?! Not that loud really.

Iceland's tourism board has launched a new program called "Let It Out". People from around the world are encouraged to release their pent-up anger, frustration, and stress -- by screaming.

That scream will then be played on a loudspeaker in the wide open spaces of Iceland!

Just visit the Let It Out website to record your scream. (Warning: There is a scream that plays when you go to that website if your volume is up. It scared the crap out of me! I wasn't expecting that.)

Go ahead -- record that scream and send it to Iceland!
