The show kicked off with Curtis giving us some bad news.  Apparently, people who wake up when it's dark out have a higher rate of depression than those who do not.  So to counteract the news that Connie, Curtis, and Steve are depressed, Curtis gave us some tips on how to avoid depression!  Also on the show Connie found a list of words that women don't like to be described as, Curtis bought a new painting, and Connie announced that today is the day she is getting her tattoo!  All of that, Curtis' Whatever, and much more on today's show!
