Almost half of couples argue in bed three to four times a week. Do you and your signifcant other? A UK mattress company found that around 40% of couples will argue about someone hogging blankets, while people using phones causes over 35% of bedtime disagreements.

Femalefirst.co.uk reports that "the average couple's night time tribulations lasting 2 minutes 12 seconds, if it's not the sheets or mobile phone, it's partners passing wind, sleep talking, snoring or getting up to use the toilet that lead to pre-snooze stress."

They also claim that 11:49 pm is the time that most bedtime arguments occur. While most of these arguments end in a joke or forgiveness of some sort, I hope that the ones that don't know that you're not supposed to go to bed angry!
