Start Garden's Paul Moore and NxtMile's Michael Miller (Start Garden $5K recipient)

I'm joined by Paul Moore from the new seed fund project, Start Garden and Start Garden $5K recipient, Michael Miller of NxtMile. We chat about what makes Start Garden different from Momentum and 5x5 Night, how the concept works from $5K up to $500K for those who get selected, the submission process, the types of ideas being submitted weekly, what separates NxtMile from other sports insoles in the marketplace, why Mike and NxtMile chose to submit to Start Garden, what caught Start Garden's eye about NxtMile, how they've been progressing since being selected, and more.....

Hopwood and I chat about what's on tap the 14th annual Waterfront Film Festival, how you can get tickets, the West Michigan premiere of "Virginia," a movie produced by Depree's TicTock Studios starring Jennifer Connelly and Ed Harris, some of the movies he's looking forward to seeing at the festival, the history of the film festival, why they choose Saugatuck as the site and his thoughts on the Michigan film incentive.

The Waterfront Film Festival takes place in Saugatuck Thursday, June 14 - Sunday, June 17.
