You may have been working out wrong for years!

A new study coming out of the country of Croatia is showing that stretching before you exercise is actually terrible for you.

You see, when you stretch your body is actually losing muscle mass because you are putting strain on your muscles when you do this. Even though you feel more loose and it is easier to exercise, you may be doing more harm than good.

We have been told for years that stretching before exercise will reduce the chance of an injury. However, the study found that this is just a very small percentage.
