11 Minutes Of Creepy Clowns Just Because… [Videos]

Two weeks ago, Steve did his "Steve's Stories" segment about the history behind clowns being creepy.  So, when we saw this video of clowns being creepy that was broadcasted on Adult Swim, we had to share it!  The show that made the creepy clown video is called "Off The Air" and it's a pretty weird show...
