Don’t Be Scared if You See This While Driving in Walker

'Tis the season for scary ish and things popping out at you unexpectedly so Walker Police Department is giving drivers a heads up not to be scared of this creepy-looking ghoul which is standing alongside Wilson.

In the past, police have gotten calls from motorists thinking its a hitchhiker or some weirdo awkwardly staring at people. Fortunately, that's not the case...it's just a Halloween prop.

Based on what I've read in the comments section, it seems as if there's a residence in the area that goes all out with Halloween decorations every year. Regardless, it's still making people do a double-take or tinkle a little in their pants.
