Almost No One Noticed This Typo on Hutch’s ‘GRatITude’ Shirt

Aidan Hutchinson was drafted by the Detroit Lions in 2022 after playing for the University of Michigan Wolverines and quickly became a fan favorite.

So much so that Hutch now has his own line of merch that people are dying to have - but one of the shirts that he wore recently had a glaring typo that almost no one noticed...

On Thanksgiving Day, Hutchinson attended the Lions' game at Ford Field against the Chicago Bears and posted a photo of himself in the suite showing off his new merch.

Fans in the comments were singing the praises of the newest addition to Hutch's inspirational merch line. The black crewneck sweatshirt features the word "gratitude", with the "g", "r", "i", and "t" in blue while the rest of the letters are white. The product listing states that it's meant to show a "mix of grit and gratitude".

But what almost no one noticed is that the shirt that Hutch was sporting at the game had a glaring typo. Instead of the correct spelling, the word was spelled "gratitiude". That's right, there was an extra "i". Apparently Hutch and his family didn't notice it, and he wore it to the game anyway. In fact, according to a TikTok posted by the man himself, "only two of you noticed".

Luckily, as we all know, Hutch is a good sport and isn't above poking fun at himself when it's warranted. In the video, Hutch went on to assure fans that if they ordered a shirt, the word would be spelled correctly. (Though, honestly, if you got one that wasn't, it's probably a collectors' item now.)

The Lions' defensive end has been out on IR since he suffered a major leg injury during the game against the Dallas Cowboys in week six. Though it was originally said that he would be out for four to six months after fracturing his tibia and fibula, many are saying that we could see him play in the Super Bowl if the Lions make it to the big game.
