Just another random home movie from Steve. This time around, Baby Charlotte is not happy with the shirt that Steve put on her, so she decided that she wants to take it off. Well, that didn't work so well for her because she doesn't fully understand how a shirt works yet. And then she came over and decided that it was time to end the movie.
