Bride Destroys Wedding Dress After Wedding Gets Cancelled [Video]

After bride-to-be Kilee Manulak's fiance dumped her via text message (during the week of the wedding, no less), Manulak and her bridesmaids decided to destroy their dresses in a very fashionable manner.

Manulak told news station WFLA, "“I just kind of went numb. My maid of honor, my mom, and all my friends just helped me… I was just so devastated.” But, after a few days of grieving, Manulak and her bridesmaids decided to destroy their gowns by staining them with colored cornstarch at Tampa’s Color Fun Fest. The Color Fun Fest is a 5K run celebrating the Holi Festival, and Manulak and her bridesmaids ended up having a lot of fun at the event, with Manulak even going onstage at one point to show off her new look.

“It was actually very liberating,” Manulak said. “I don’t want a pity party. I just want to have fun with it.”
