Burger King To Hire 150 Employees in Grand Rapids

Burger King in Grand Rapids is looking to hire 150 employees across all positions at its 26 locations in the city. This is according to Factorial Holdings, the local franchisee of Burger King. The franchisee said it hopes to hire 150 employees in positions including general manager, assistant manager, hourly shift coordinator and team member.

Deb Fragel, director of human resources told Fox 17,

"We are excited to be hiring again at Burger King. Our business goals and our ‘people first’ processes make Burger King an employer of choice for the area."

Efforts are also in the works to remodel all Grand Rapids establishments. Plus the franchise has plans to build 10 new locations featuring the latest Burger King design. The new design will have double drive-thru stations with digital signs that remember guests’ previous orders and offer discounts to repeat customers. The Chicago based company says the new builds will involve several million dollars.
