Holiday Boredom Pays Off Big for One Michigan Woman Playing Online Lottery

But for one Michigan woman her Fourth of July was even more exciting because she won big playing an online Michigan Lottery game.

The 61-year-old woman from Macomb County has chosen to remain anonymous but recently made a trip to Michigan Lottery headquarters in Lansing to cash in on her big win.

While there she shared what the magical moment was like.

“I was sitting around bored on the Fourth of July, so I logged into my Lottery account to play the Michigan Jackpot game for a while. When a message came up on the screen saying, ‘You won $326,482,’ I started screaming! My husband ran into the room in a panic thinking there was an emergency until I finally got the words out to tell him I’d won the lottery.

“Winning this prize means my husband and I can relax and breathe easier. It’s an amazing feeling!”

This lucky Michigan woman isn't the only person to win big playing the Michigan Lottery.

A man visiting Michigan from Maryland recently won $1,000,000 playing a Lucky Numbers instant win ticket.

A Bay County woman who had been playing Lotto 47 for 20 years with the same numbers hit it big and won $1.1 million.

And an Oakland County woman playing Fantasy 5 online accidentally selected a wrong number that resulted in her winning $250,000.
