‘It Was Unbelievable': Michigan Dad and Sons Split Giant $8 Million Lottery Win

A Michigan lottery club is celebrating after winning big on a $50 Michigan Lottery instant game.

The winning ticket was an $8 million Payout instant game that hit for the top prize of $8 million.

The club made the trip to lottery headquarters in Lansing recently, and one of the members shared with the Michigan Lottery how they hit it big.

“Our family often buys lottery tickets for holidays and special occasions, so my brother and I bought our dad a $8,000,000 Payout ticket for Father’s Day. Our dad scratched the ticket and then handed it to us to check when he saw he’d won $8 million. We looked it over and then I scanned it to confirm what we were seeing. It was unbelievable when we found out it really was an $8 million winner! We talked it over and decided to split the prize equally among the three of us.”

This Michigan lottery club aren't the only people to win big playing the Michigan Lottery.
