A Michigan Woman Who Played the Same Numbers for 20 Years Just Won Big!
A Bay County woman who has been playing the same Michigan Lottery twice a week since it was created in 2005 just won herself $1.1 million.

The lucky 65-year-old player, who chose to remain anonymous, bought the winning Lotto 47 ticket for the March 21st drawing at Beson’s Supermarket which is about 10 miles northwest of Bay City.
She recently cashed in her winning ticket at Lottery headquarters in Lansing, and after choosing the one-time lump-sum payment she left with $762,000.
She shared with the Michigan Lottery how she found out she won:
“I started playing Lotto 47 decades ago when it began and have continued to play every Wednesday and Saturday since. I was watching TV one night when I got a text from my neighbor telling me Beson’s had sold a jackpot winning Lotto 47 ticket. I thought to myself it was cool they had sold a big winner, but it never crossed my mind that it could be me. After my show ended, I checked my ticket and went absolutely crazy when I found out I was the winner! I called a few family members and my neighbor to tell them the big news. Winning is such a blessing. I feel like I can breathe again!”
This lucky lady isn't the only one to win big recently playing the Michigan Lottery.
