When it comes to candy corn it seems as if people feel one way or another: love it or hate it. It's a debate that'll live on for centuries.

The food blog, Daring Kitchen (via Better Homes & Gardens), was curious about America's opinions on the Halloween candy so they looked at hashtags & phrases on Twitter and used 100,000 geotags to find where people were Tweeting from. They compiled data from October 1 to now and found that it's almost half-and-half, but when it comes down to it, the majority of America shockingly loves candy corn, including Michigan.

Do you feel the same about candy corn the way your fellow Michiganders do? Personally, I don't have strong feelings either way for the waxy candy. I can usually have a few before I'm over it.

According to CandyStore.com, though, Michigan's favorite Halloween candy for 2019 are Starbursts. Can we at least agree that anything is better than getting a Tootsie Roll in your Halloween bag?
