We don't often find ourselves in super deep conversations, but today we got to talking about the generational gap in parenting and discipline. We started talking about Steve Harvey's memo to his staff and how a producer re issued the memo with "millennials in mind". The memo went from stern and straight forward, to beating around the bush and giving tons of compliments. What the heck? What do you think, are we getting to soft?
