Citizen Tries To Pull Cop Over!

A little outside Detroit a police officer set up a "seat-belt" enforcement zone where he pulled quite a large amount of folks over for not wearing their seat belts. Well, one citizen decided to give the officer a taste of how it feels. He caught the cop not wearing his seat belt in the squad vehicle!
