Kind of a Big Dill – West Michigan Brewery Selling Pickle-Flavored Beer
Pickles and beer are two of my all-time favorite things and one West Michigan brewery has combined the two.
It's kind of a big 'dill'.

I'm not kidding when I say that I love pickles, and because of that love, I belong to a Facebook group dedicated to them called For the Love of Pickles. As I was scrolling through my Facebook feed this morning, I happened upon a post from a woman named Diana that may have changed my life for the better forever.
Diana happened to be in Michigan on business recently and was trying to get home when a snowstorm shut down the interstate. Luckily for her, when she got off at the nearest exit, she ended up in South Haven (if you have to be stuck somewhere, South Haven is a pretty great place to be stuck.) According to her post, most of the businesses in town were closed.

But, like a beacon in the night, one establishment appeared, and, luckily for Diana, it was open. So that is how Diana happened upon Three Blondes Brewery and had her life changed forever by one of their craft beer offerings.
Turns out, the three blondes responsible for Three Blondes Brewing (Megan, Carrie, and Amanda aka Blonde 1, Blonde 2, and Blonde 3) must be pick fans of pickles, and as such they even have a dill pickle-flavored beer on their menu that's cleverly named "Dill With It".
"Dill With It" is a Berliner Weisse with a 4.5% ABV. Here's how they describe it.
A pickle beer? Have we lost our minds? This refreshing sour is brewed with fresh cucumber and dill. - Three Blondes Brewing
How great would that be as a sidecar for a bloody Mary?!? (Which, I just learned, some people call a 'snit'.)
Three Blondes also offers up a pickle-based pizza called the "Perfectly Pickled"- and it sounds delicious.

And they seem to be big fans of using pickles as garnish or in other dishes occasionally which I am more than okay with.
Are you a big fan of pickles, too? Want to get some use out of that pickle brine you have left when you finish off a jar? How about this...
