The Boston Red Sox are World Series champions. It's their fourth championship since 2004. This time they did it with four former Detroit Tigers: David Price, J.D. Martinez, Ian Kinsler and Rick Porcello.

They seem happy.

Last year, Detroit Tigers fans watched as former Detroit Tiger pitcher Justin Verlander led the Houston Astros to a World Series win. Fans seemed unanimously happy for Verlander.

This year, the feeling is happily/sadly familiar as former Detroit Tigers David Price, J.D. Martinez, Ian Kinsler and Rick Porcello celebrate a championship with the Boston Red Sox. Boston's front office is led by former Detroit Tigers General Manager Dave Dombrowski.

Nobody wants to see the Red Sox win again (right?), but at least some former Tigers and their families got to enjoy it.
