Get FREE Health Screenings Today at Sam’s Club

If its been a while since your last check-up head to your nearest Sam's Club today.

All Sam's Club locations, with a pharmacy, will be providing free health screenings on Saturday, 10/12 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. The screening will include:

• Glucose levels
• Total Cholesterol
• HDL Cholesterol
• Blood Pressure
• Body Fat Percentage
• Hearing & Vision Tests (varies by location)

The nice thing is you don't have to be a Sam's Club member to get the health screening, as this is provided for anyone who stops by! No appointment is needed.

Sam's Club has the following West Michigan locations:

• Kentwood
• Comstock Park
• Muskegon
• Portage
• Battle Creek

According to the company's website, free health screenings are offered on the second Saturday's in January, April, July & October.
