Stephanie Northway's feat didn't entail ropes and climbing gear, just a lot of running up and down stairs.

I know how tough it is to exercise in your home during the 'Stay At Home' world we live in now. The couch keeps inviting me to quit and sit on it and binge watch TV.

Not Stephanie, she told the couch to suck it and climbed the equivalent of Mount Everest's 29,029 feet on her household stairs with her seven year old son counting the flights -- which, by the way -- is 2,420.

Here's to will power.

Stephanie also ran 100 miles by running laps around her backyard, which seems like a greater feat to me for some reason.

In case you were wondering, Stephanie competes outdoors in Ultramarathon events, and has finished 150 mile races.
