Hilarious Roommate Craigslist Ad

I'm sure all of us can think of a bad roommate situation that we have been in - for those of you who haven't we envy you - so when the time comes for you to find a new roommate it can be one of the most stressful things in the world.

This unknown New Yorker posted a "roommate wanted" ad on Craigslist, stating that he was looking for someone to share his two bedroom NYC apartment. The ad starts out pretty straightforward, till he gets to his list of exactly what he is not looking for in a roommate based on what seems to be previous horrible experiences.
