New AI Book Raises Eyebrows After Tragic Grand Blanc Church Shooting
It’s been one day since the tragic church shooting in Grand Blanc Township, where at least four people were killed and eight others were injured in an attack that authorities are calling targeted violence at the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
This leaves some of us scratching our heads as to why there is already a book about the incident available on Amazon, which was published the day before it happened.

When you look at the details of the book, the publication date is set to one day prior to the event, coming out on September 27, 2025.
It doesn’t take much to look at the cover of the book and the description of it to realize that what we were looking at is more AI slop.
What Is AI Slop?
Low-quality media made with generative artificial intelligence
Somebody very clearly went into multiple AI generative websites and gave it a prompt to write a book about the incident with as much information as was available at the time.
This is just a morally low thing to do, and things like this will continue to pop up as more tragedies continue to happen. Strangely enough, you can actually buy the book for $4.99. The "book" is called Sanctuary in Flames: The Grand Blanc Church Shooting and The Courage to Heal.
It’s obviously the most AI-generated bullsh*t you could imagine and is an insult to just about everyone.
Michigan Kids Are Redefining Slang And Leaving Adults Confused
Police have identified Thomas Jacob Sanford of Burton, Michigan, as the armed gunman who is among The Dead as the one responsible for carrying out the attack on the church.
Authorities are saying he rammed a pickup truck into the chapel during morning services on Sunday, September 28, then set the church on fire and used an assault rifle to shoot at hundreds of people.
