Kevin Craig shared on social media that his time with Fox 17 had come to an end.

Earlier in the year, Kevin Craig was told that his contract was not being renewed.

This is part of a bigger thing happening with the station's parent company Scripps that has made major job cuts across the country.

In his social media post, which is posted below, Kevin Craig shared that over the last few years, as his co-workers were laid off, Kevin had to take on way too many extra job duties.

Doing five hours of weather and traffic every morning got so stressful that he actually ended up in the hospital earlier this year from pure burnout and lack of sleep.

As a morning radio host, I sometimes feel exhausted and overworked trying to connect with my listeners, but my schedule isn't anywhere near that intense.

When Will Kevin Craig Be On TV?

Because of a standard clause in his contract, Kevin Craig said he can't work for any other local TV or radio stations in West Michigan for a full year.

This is often the case with Radio personalities as well.

But the good news is that he and his wife are planning on staying in the West Michigan area.
