The Detroit Lions have been on an extreme high over the past few seasons, nearly making it to their very first (and overdue) Super Bowl appearance. However, it seems the team is celebrating a little before they get there.

In a recent video posted by rookie cornerback Terron Arnold, the Detroit Lions took the rookies out to a dinner at a Detroit restaurant that cost the team over six figures.

First, here is the TikTok in question posted, which shows the supposed full receipt from the team's evening at a popular Detroit restaurant, Sexy Steak:

At first glance, you could assume a $100,000 dinner must have been for the entire team, staff and their families. (Okay, sure- that would probably cost a pretty penny.) If you take a closer look at the receipt, you can see that this meal was only for 20 people in total:

So, I dug into see if Sexy Steak was a super expensive restaurant, generally speaking. Based on a Tiktok of their menu that I found, and this toast menu, it didn't appear to be anything out of the ordinary price wise.

In fact, I couldn't find anything more than a $150 steak on the food menu, and there are a few VERY expensive bottles of wine. Oh, and something listed as "musician" that costs $650, but none of that adds up to the bill posted to social media.

That means, the team likely rented their private space for the players to enjoy a meal and drinks in private. Which would make sense, since they would likely be bombarded by fans if they were to just eat in a public space, especially in Detroit.

OR this could be one of those "rookie pranks" that were popular a few years ago, when the team pretends to stick a new player with an extremely high tab as a joke. It's hard to tell, since the bill doesn't show who paid it or who it was originally given to.

The Sexy Steak's website lists that they offer Private rentals, and doesn't have pricing listed. So, without going too much deeper into this, it's easy to see the team treated the rookies to a well-deserved night out, to celebrate the upcoming season and some probably pretty long practices ahead.
