Breakaway Music Festival Bringing Marshmello To Grand Rapids

Breakaway Festival is back, and this year's Michigan lineup may be the biggest yet.

Breakaway Music Festival, in partnership with MiEntertainment Group, has unveiled their bigger than ever lineup for 2024. This two-night event is set to take place again this year at Belknap Park in Grand Rapids on August 16-17, 2024. They're promising an unforgettable experience featuring some of the biggest national artists as well as adding 4 talented local acts.

And this year, they're bringing one of the biggest DJs in the world Marshmello to Grand Rapids

Headlining this year's festival are electronic music heavyweights like Marshmello, SLANDER, Alison Wonderland, Louis The Child, and many more. The lineup includes a diverse range of performers spanning various genres, ensuring there's something for every music enthusiast.

Adding a local touch, Breakaway Michigan will showcase Michigan's own talent, with Dylan Delato, LOWKE, RIINK, and Simio. We love to see them supporting local artists, and this year's lineup reflects Breakaway's commitment to nurturing and celebrating homegrown Michigan talent.

The festival will also feature a Silent Disco that will be spotlighting local DJs and providing unique brand activations. Attendees can immerse themselves in this inclusive musical experience while exploring onsite fan engagements and activations.

While it started here in Michigan, Breakaway announced that they have also has expanded their footprint significantly in 2024, venturing into three new markets. After kicking off the season with Breakaway Tampa in April, the festival will journey through North Carolina, Ohio, Missouri, Minnesota, and several other areas before culminating in the Bay Area in October.
