Michigan Man Dead After Being Shot By Sexual Predators He Exposed

Robert Wayne Lee, also known as "Boopac Shakur," a 40-year-old man from Pontiac gained a following on social media for his efforts to expose alleged child predators.

On Friday, (September 29th) Robert was shot and killed during an argument with two teenagers at a restaurant in Pontiac after confronting them.

Robert Wayne Lee AKA Boopac Shakur Shot Dead

The Oakland County sheriff's office said Robert Wanye Lee aka 'Boopac Shakur" had accused one of the teens of being a pedophile and punched him.

One of the teens then took out a knife and the other, suspected to be the younger one, shot Lee several times before the pair fled the restaurant.

Lee was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.

The Two suspects, believed to be from the Pontiac area, were arrested early Saturday afternoon in Pontiac.

A GoFundMe Has Been Set Up For His Daughter.

The GoFundMe account said it was set up to Honor the Legacy of a True Hometown Hero for Ah'vyana. The money raised will go toward Lee’s funeral and his daughter, to provide her with the opportunities and education that Robert dreamt of for her.
