A West Michigan woman is offering up her marriage services to any same-sex couple that wants to hurry and make it legal. Sherry Hansen posted in the Facebook group Grand Rapids Informed

If you are in a same-sex relationship and want to hurry to make it legal - I am ordained and willing to marry you. Tell your friends. Also, I’m not charging, donation-based if you’d like to compensate

Why Are Same-Sex Couples Rushing To Get Married

According to the Washington Post same-sex couples are worried about if gay marriage will be legal in the future after Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, agreed with the majority that states could ban abortion and then called on the Supreme Court to reexamine cases allowing both LGBTQ rights as well as the right to contraception.

Supreme Court Justin Clarence said:

In future cases, we should reconsider all of this court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell, We have a duty to ‘correct the error’ established in those precedents.

According to Wikipedia, The 2015 Obergefell Decision guaranteed same-sex couples the right to marriage; the Lawrence Decision overturned a Texas law that made gay sex criminal and the 1965 Griswold decision allowed married couples to use contraceptives.
