Most City of Grand Rapids Offices Closed Veteran’s Day

If you have business at any City of Grand Rapids offices on Wednesday, take note that most will be closed in observance of Veteran's Day.

All branches of the Grand Rapids Public Library, however, will be open Nov. 11.

There will be no change to trash, recycling, or yard waste services either.

City refuse, recycling and yard waste curbside collections will take place Nov. 11 as scheduled. In addition, the City’s yard waste drop-off site at 2001 Butterworth St. SW will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 11.

City offices will resume normal business hours Thursday, Nov. 12.
