Today, fans at Ford Field and viewers worldwide will witness a historic moment as the Detroit Lions take on the Buffalo Bills, featuring legendary defensive end Jared Allen.
The Lions will wear their “Motor City Muscle” all black uniforms.
While all-black uniforms have been worn before, the Lions will be debuting a new look for the logo at the 50-yard line.
A video posted online by Jeff Skversky offers a behind-the-scenes look at Ford Field's transformation into the all-black "Motor City Muscles" theme.

Black paint is added to the Honolulu Blue in the end zones.
