    Ingredients:

    • Vanilla Yogurt or Vanilla Ice Cream
    • Orange Soda
    • Nectarine, Peach or Orange slices
    • Ice
    • Sugar for rim garnish (optional)

    Aloha Smoothie


    What you will need to serve two:

    • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt or vanilla ice cream
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
    • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
    • 3/4 cup frozen mango
    • 1 tablespoon sugar

    For best results, add the yogurt and milk in first. To make the smoothie thicker, add ice prior to blending.     Ingredients:

    • 2 cups baby spinach (for green color)
    • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
    • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 banana (optional)

    • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, yogurt of your choice or vanilla ice cream
    • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
    • 1 stick CRYSTAL LIGHT On the Go Energy Wild Strawberry Flavor Drink Mix (or any other of your choice)

    What you'll need:

    • Ice cubes (amount of your choice)
    • 1/2 cup of low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
    • 1 shot espresso
    • 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder

    Add ingredients in this order and blend until it reaches a desired consistency. After pouring, add whip cream for a little more aesthetic appeal and flavor.

    • 1-2 ripe bananas
    • 4-5 cups soy milk or organic low fat milk

    Kiwi and Honeydew


    There is nothing better than a delicious, juicy slice of kiwi and honeydew. Therefore, it only makes sense to use the two to create a satisfying beverage.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups of honeydew, cubed
    • 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
    • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar
    • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
    • 1 cup of ice cubes

    Add the fruit, sugar and lemon juice to the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Next, add the ice and blend until it has reached a consistent slush.     The name alone sends one's tongue into a frenzy. Yum! Not only does it satisfy one's need for sweetness, but this smoothie is actually healthy!

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup of skim milk or soy milk

    • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

    Much like people fighting for the last watermelon Jolly Rancher, one simply can't get enough of this flavorful smoothie. 

    Here's what you need:

    • 6 cups of seedless watermelon, chopped
    • 1 cup of lemon sherbet (or any other desired flavor), non-fat milk or low-fat vanilla yogurt
    • 12 ice cubes (or more for a thicker consistency)
