Naked 5k In Grand Rapids On Sunday

5k runners will be wearing a little less than usual this Sunday in Grand Rapids.  

The Naked Foot 5k takes place at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids this Sunday at 9:00am.

Oh wait, did I accidentally leave the word "Foot" out of the title?  Sorry.

The Naked Foot 5k will feature shoeless runners running over a grassy and wooded course along the Grand River.  The 5k starts at 9:00am, there's a free kids fun run at 8:30am, and a 1 mile run at 8:40am.  They'll even have free foot massages and foot painting.  Really.

They will also be collecting shoes for Soles4Souls.  Soles4Souls is a Nashville based charity that delivers shoes to people in need all over the world.
